First Pestalozzi-UWC Scholars graduate

The first Pestalozzi-UWC Scholars to attend UWC Atlantic have all successfully completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme.

The last two years have been a challenge due to the impact of COVID, however the college staff have done an incredible job to ensure that the impact on their education and the opportunities that come with it has been minimal.  

We’re delighted to announce that all 5 scholars have secured funded scholarship places at US universities. This highlights the dedication and commitment that each student has put into their education. Rufaro will be heading off to the University of Rochester, Kazembe has a place at St Lawrence University, Aryan will be attending St Olaf College, Dechen has secured a place at Tufts University whilst Alvin will be heading to the University of Richmond. We wish them all the best on the next step of their journey.
